The company’s Board of Directors (BoD) consist of three members. The BoD is the key source of guidance to the management and responsible for policy formulation and overseeing the management reports. Mrs. Sahenur Afrin is the Managing Director of the company. The BoD is fully independent from the management. The management team is organized with a group of young and experienced personnel. The operation of the company is being looked after by an experienced management team having wide exposure in the relevant sector. All the divisions are directly supervised, guided and managed by the department heads and all the business functions are continuously monitored by the Chairman of the Company.
